Angelina Jolie could lose primary custody of kids with Brad Pitt

Documents obtained by the website show that a judge in the couple's divorce case has determined that their children could be harmed by "not having a relationship with their father".

A judge stated that Jolie must provide Pitt with each child's cell phone number and that he is allowed to call whenever he wants.

For example, Jolie used to monitor all phone calls and texts between Pitt and the children, but the judge laid down strict new cell phone policy in which Pitt can call and text each child at will. However, she still struggles whenever the kids are away from her, even when they are with their father.

Pitt now sees his children - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne - a few times a week. The court determined that Maddox, 16, was old enough to decide how he wants to split his time between his parents.

The documents said: 'If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt]'.

- Through July 17, Pitt is expected to be able to spend varying amounts of time each day with the children and over consecutive days while visiting them in London, where Jolie has a house and is filming the sequel to her blockbuster film "Maleficent". Pitt was accused of child abuse in 2016 during an incident aboard a private plane.

Angelina has reportedly gone over the new custody details with her children so that they are all aware of their schedule for this summer. From 8 July to 14 July, he can see the children for four hours a day. Pitt will choose one or two of the minor children to see at a time and during this period, he gets to spend time with each child at least twice.

Court documents show a judge has restricted how much Jolie can control Pitt's interaction with the kids, according to reports by outlets including People and TMZ.

Pitt then gets custody for 10 hours per day from June 27 through July 1, once again designating one or two children to be with at a time. The therapist will also be there and will meet with the children before and after each two day period.

Angelina and Brad split in September 2016 after two years of marriage, but they had been partners for almost 12 years.

A rep for Pitt had no comment. Jolie will handle the kids' travel from London to L.A., and Pitt will handle their return trip to London.

From July 21 through July 29, Pitt will get custody of the kids when he's back in California. A child therapist will also be with the children during this time.
