Kelly Accuser Flies New Lawsuit, Claims Singer Deliberately Gave Her STD

"Did you find yourself in a position like that a few times with R. Kelly?". " She claimed that Kelly said he "raises" five women, some of whom had been with him for 15 years".

The claimant, a woman named Faith Rodgers, alleges she met the singer at a 2017 concert in San Antonio, Texas.

A woman has filed a lawsuit in NY against R. Kelly, claiming the singer sexually assaulted her, locked her in rooms for punishment and infected her with herpes. "Some of them had been with him for 15 years", she said. Kelly allegedly criticized her for being boring in bed.

Rodgers also claims that she was contacted by a relative of a different woman who had relations with R. Kelly, and told her that she should get tested for herpes.

During an interview for CBS This Morning, Faith claimed that after a couple of months of texts, phone conversations, and FaceTiming, Kelly flew her to NYC for a concert.

Rodgers is suing R'uh for sexual battery, false imprisonment and failure to disclose he was burning with that STD.

Embattled soul star R. Kelly has been sued for sexual assault. The singer is facing a series of sexual violence allegations, and has been accused of running a "sex cult".

She says they dated for about a year during which she endured mental, verbal and sexual abused by the singer.

She alleges that he nevertheless engaged in "non-permissive, painful and abusive sex" - only learning afterwards that Kelly had herpes and she had contracted the STI, thus accusing Kelly of "deliberately and maliciously" infecting her. During that time, the accuser said that his goal was to teach her how to make love like a "mature woman", but also made her call him "daddy". The case was settled out of court. They exchanged phone numbers and soon, Kelly got her to NY.

Kelly is no stranger to allegations of this nature.

After a campaign from #MuteRKelly and others to sanction R. Kelly, Spotify announced earlier this month that his music would no longer appear on its playlists, which, The Associated Press reported Monday, has had no impact on his streaming numbers.

Although she didn't feel ready, she eventually submitted to the encounter, which she said he recorded without her consent.

Representatives for R. Kelly and his label RCA Records did not respond to requests for comment.
