Rihanna toasts new Savage X Fenty lingerie collection during NY party

Speaking about the lingerie, Rihanna told Vogue that the items are not created to please men. It includes more risqué lingerie, including cup-less bodysuits, half-cut bras, and open-back bikini bottoms.

Rihanna finally dropped her Savage x Fenty lingerie line on May 11, but it wasn't an easy process for fans to hop online and buy the buzzed-about products.

While she told Vogue that it would have been "a sin not to wear" the piece, many religious fans slammed the look as "disgusting" and "offensive". "I'm not built like a Victoria's Secret girl, and I still feel very attractive and confident in my lingerie", she said.

"What do you mean "the line is paused"?" one person wrote.

The highly-anticipated Savage X Fenty lingerie line was announced to heavy fanfare earlier this week, with supporters now awaiting their turn to cop some of the collection which consists of bras, corsets, panties, rompers, and even handcuffs for the more adventurous sorts. BadGalRiRi not only pushes boundaries with her own aesthetic, but since coming on board with Fenty x Puma and delivering Us all the blessing that is Fenty Beauty, life has become infinitely more chic.

When the line went on sale early Friday morning, fans swarmed the site, eager to fill their carts with the collection's size-inclusive bras, undies, and sleepwear. Global shipping is available in 210 countries (including South Africa).

Bras range in price from $24 to $59, while underwear ranges from $15 to $29. Other items include corsets, rompers, jumpsuits, robes, and handcuffs.

The collection, which has 90 styles in 36 sizing options, is a venture from both Rihanna and TechStyle Fashion Group (though the singer uses her namesake in a similar fashion to her Fenty Puma footwear and ready-to-wear brand, the line is not associated with Puma).
