Fortnite Season 4 will officially begin on May 1

The countdown has begun for the start of the fourth season in Fortnite: Battle Royale, and the conspiracy theories - both in the game and out - have started speculating about what will be on offer for the world's most popular and talked about game.

Alternatively, it's been rumoured Fortnite season 4 could begin with a comet hitting Dusty Depot.

With 680,000 peak viewers at one point, Ninja Vegas '18 showed off the massive success that a competitive Fortnite event can have when it focuses on individual players instead of teams, and Epic Games most likely took notes on how they could implement a similiar system for the future of the game's competitive scene.

What will be in the Fortnite Season 4 Battle Pass? It could, however, be an entirely different set of skins Epic Games plans on releasing with the new season.

Throw in Epic Games' own "Impact is imminent!" tease, and you have an epic start of a new era for Fortnite: Battle Royale. Prepare yourselves for superhero antics as you enter the fearless, newly destroyed world!

Since then the official Fortnite Twitter account have been posting a Fortnite teaser ever day.

That said, the chances are that it will not be long for that to happen, so we'll keep an eye on it to inform you about it. On iOS, I would be sure to check the App Store as early as possible tomorrow if you want to get back up and running in Fortnite, as version 4.0 is sure to be a major update.

Moisty Mire will be gone by the end of season 4. Tell us in the comments. On the other hand, we think you will be interested to know that the title of Epic Games is free-to-play more successful in the console market.

This is all the information known so far.
