First Trailer, Stills Released For Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

If you somehow haven't been worn out by never-ending franchises such as Harry Potter (excuse me, "J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World"), you'll likely enjoy the the teaser trailer for the first of four (!) sequels to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. However, as he promised he would, Grindelwald has made a dramatic escape and has been gathering more followers to his cause-elevating wizards above all non-magical beings.

The trailer also gives the first real look at Jude Law as young Albus Dumbledore as he reminisces about teaching Newt at Hogwarts. But Newt doesn't realize how unsafe this mission will be, and battle lines are drawn within the increasingly fractured wizarding world.

Eddie Redmayne returns as the magizoologist alongside Katherine Waterstone as Tina, Dan Fogler as Jacob and Alison Sudol as Queenie, with Jude Law joining as the younger Dumbledore.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald hits theaters on November 16.

With spellbinding action aplenty, fans were quick to show their appreciation about the sequel, with many taking to Twitter to voice their excitement.

Its name? Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

At the end of 2016's "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", Grindewald was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America). It's worth noting, Depp's casting has been mired in controversy due to Amber Heard's (his ex-wife) allegations that the actor was physically abusive towards her.

For those of you who read "three more films" and thought "that's way too many", Voldemort got eight movies and that was just his showdown with Harry Potter from 1991-1998. J.K. Rowling said that Dumbledore was in love with Grindelwald, but this film won't explore their relationship. You can also bet on the appearance of plenty of brand-new fantastic beasts.
