Further, Shiv Sena members protested urging government to declare Marathi a classical language. While Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad supported discussing the matter, other members continued to storm the well, making him inaudible.

When the members reassembled after the adjournment, members from TDP, AIADMK and TMC again trooped in the Well.

"This is proving the public impression.Parliament is not conducting itself in a dignified manner", he quipped before adjourning the House till 2 pm.

Deputy Chairman P J Kurien asked the agitating members to return to their seats but they kept shouting slogans.

Before the start of the day's proceedings, BJP members were seen clapping when Mr Modi walked into the House. The first half of the Budget Session, which ended on February 9, was also marred by similar frequent adjournments.
